Kurshin in Living Color

The finished color version. I had originally intended to only do color tests with the computer. In the end, I got complicated secondary patterns in the cloak and armor that I wouldn't be able to duplicate on the original. So, the final only exists as a digital copy.

The palette I finally settled on reflects more of Kurshin's story. All the colors show a decayed or rotten natural scheme. Faint ivy patterns along the solid plates of the armor give the impression of the underside of a yellow autumn leaf. The cloak has skulls in various poses.
